Returns Eligibility

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description provided on our website. To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition, including all original packaging, certificates of authenticity, protective materials, tags, and accessories.

Customers must contact our support team before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of collectibles and memorabilia, certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. These include:

  • Opened sealed products or packs
  • Items damaged after delivery

Because collectible values can fluctuate based on market conditions, we are unable to accept returns based on changes in market value, buyer preference, or accidental purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Customers may be asked to provide photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label to help us review and resolve the issue quickly.

Once the issue has been verified, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on product availability and the nature of the situation.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged shipment.

If a returned item does not meet our return requirements, the item may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Exchanges

Return Shipping
